Ingredients
1 slice of keto bread
1 avocado
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of lemon juice
Preparation
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a pan.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork and add the salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spread the avocado mixture on the toast and serve.
