This Keto Breakfast Bowl is a delicious and healthy way to start your day. Loaded with healthy fats, protein, and fiber, this bowl will keep you full and energized throughout the morning.

Avacado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked to your desired consistency.

  3. Place the scrambled eggs in a serving bowl.
