About the Recipe

This Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. It's packed with flavor from the ranch seasoning and crispy bacon, and the melted cheese on top.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • Ranch dressing, for serving

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture, rubbing it all over the chicken.

  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.

  5. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.

  6. While the chicken is cooking, crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces.

  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of each chicken breast.

  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken and bacon.

  9. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  11. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top of the chicken breasts.

  12. Serve the Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken hot with a drizzle of ranch dressing on top.

Serve it with a side of veggies or a salad for a well-rounded meal. Enjoy
