Ingredients
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving a few inches between each one.
Flatten each mound slightly with a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
